We had a full custom-built unit designed to match the existing dwelling. It was delivered and positioned on site by crane. Jason and Kim were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They dealt with the build, delivery and full connection. It was surprisingly quick, Jason was always available on the phone for questions and ideas, and no decisions were made without first checking in with us
